Narrative:
After takeoff at approximately 1000 ft AGL #4 engine fire warning light illuminated. Engine fire/fail checklist complied with. Fuel dumping commenced. Fire warning light remained illuminated after completion of checklist. Emergency declared and aircraft returned to field for landing. Overweight landing made (636000 pound landing weight) and tower notified crew on short final that smoke and visible flames were being emitted from #4 engine. Aircraft was stopped on runway and emergency evacuate/evacuation checklist complied with. Emergency slides were activated and 366 passengers and 18 crew evacuated from left side of aircraft. No major injuries reported. Cause of fire not yet determined.

Title: #4 ENG FIRE LIGHT ON WDB ACFT AFTER TKOF CAUSED FLC TO DECLARE EMER. DUMP FUEL. RETURN LAND. EMER EVACUATION OF THE ACFT. NO MAJOR INJURIES.
Narrative: AFTER TKOF AT APPROX 1000 FT AGL #4 ENG FIRE WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. ENG FIRE/FAIL CHKLIST COMPLIED WITH. FUEL DUMPING COMMENCED. FIRE WARNING LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED AFTER COMPLETION OF CHKLIST. EMER DECLARED AND ACFT RETURNED TO FIELD FOR LNDG. OVERWT LNDG MADE (636000 POUND LNDG WT) AND TWR NOTIFIED CREW ON SHORT FINAL THAT SMOKE AND VISIBLE FLAMES WERE BEING EMITTED FROM #4 ENG. ACFT WAS STOPPED ON RWY AND EMER EVAC CHKLIST COMPLIED WITH. EMER SLIDES WERE ACTIVATED AND 366 PAXS AND 18 CREW EVACUATED FROM L SIDE OF ACFT. NO MAJOR INJURIES RPTED. CAUSE OF FIRE NOT YET DETERMINED.
