Narrative:
Immediately after launch a specified target at a balloon race came into view. After scoring on target, I climbed to avoid power lines along the road adjacent to the launch field. To avoid contact with a balloon above me I descended contacting an electrical service wire to a house on the opposite side of the road. There was minimal damage to the balloon. No one was hurt.
