Narrative:
*Supplemental air carrier dispatcher evinces displeasure with captain of flight after dispatcher sends a cancellation message of the computer flight plan due to his revised estimate of location of hurricane on flight's route. That was sent 26 mins prior to scheduled departure. (Crew out in aircraft no doubt.) messages sent back and forth and final dispatch amended flight plan sent 13 mins after flight blocked out. Message from departure airport to dispatch indicated that captain elected to take original fuel and route as PIREPS received indicated en route WX satisfactory. Dispatcher quoted many far 121's related to dispatch and captain responsibility in mutual agreement on operation of flight.

Title: DISPATCHER DISPLAYS RESENTMENT AND CONCERN OVER ACR WDB DEP AFTER ENRTE WX ANALYSIS DICTATES A CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT TO THE COMPUTER FLT PLAN FOR SUBJECT FLT. FLT DEPARTED WITHOUT REVISED FLT PLAN.
