Narrative:
TCASII warning of traffic conflict. We looked outside too long for the phantom traffic and went through our assigned altitude of 14000. There was no traffic, according to ATC. We never saw another airplane. We descended to 13500 before we realized the deviation.

Title: OVER CIVET ON LAX APCH FLC OF WDB HAD TCASII TA. PF OVERSHOT 14000 DSNDED TO 13500.
Narrative: TCASII WARNING OF TFC CONFLICT. WE LOOKED OUTSIDE TOO LONG FOR THE PHANTOM TFC AND WENT THROUGH OUR ASSIGNED ALT OF 14000. THERE WAS NO TFC, ACCORDING TO ATC. WE NEVER SAW ANOTHER AIRPLANE. WE DSNDED TO 13500 BEFORE WE REALIZED THE DEV.
