Narrative:
Navigating J121 sbound approximately 180 NM north of chs when center advised we were 7 1/2 mi off course. We replied that due to the distance from both orf and chs the course needle was drifting. Center replied that on the latest revision to the chart kingston VOR was now part of the airway for J121 and we should be navigating off that. Due to the way our charts were folded and our being unaware of the addition of kingston to J121, 1 of us had the outbound course to chs set and were unaware of the inclusion of kingston on the J121 airway. Next time will look more carefully.
