Narrative:
I am a captain of an large transport I had a chkride for 9 legs from FAA. I have to have a secret clearance from the air force to go to our destinations. The first day of the line check included 7 legs and the FAA said that all went well. He said that he felt like he wasn't doing his job since he could not write up anything. He came back the second day and rode 2 legs. He flew 2 legs from the captain's seat (ferry legs). The last leg of the check he flew and dropped an oxygen mask in the back on landing. We had a low oil pressure light that did not come on during engine shutdown. I talked to the mechanics who said that they had a pressure switch on order and preferred that I did not write it up on the logbook. Consequently, I did not write it up in the logbook. FAA apparently has cited me for not writing up the low oil pressure light on the logbook. The examiner flew the last leg of the chkride.

Title: ACR LGT CAPT FAILED TO WRITE UP AN OIL PRESSURE LIGHT FAILURE AFTER LNDG FROM A FRY FLT THAT HE ALLOWED AN ACI TO FLY.

I TALKED TO THE MECHS WHO SAID THAT THEY HAD A PRESSURE SWITCH ON ORDER AND PREFERRED THAT I DID NOT WRITE IT UP ON THE LOGBOOK. CONSEQUENTLY, I DID NOT WRITE IT UP IN THE LOGBOOK. FAA APPARENTLY HAS CITED ME FOR NOT WRITING UP THE LOW OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ON THE LOGBOOK. THE EXAMINER FLEW THE LAST LEG OF THE CHKRIDE.
