Narrative:
This is not a rptable accident. This is an incident and is unreportable. Aviation group legal department advised me to file this NASA report. This pilot had a taxiing incident after turning onto a single lane taxiway. Other aircraft started to enter taxiway on opposite end of taxiway heading in my direction. Other pilot realized I was on taxiway first and yielded to me verbally on unicom. Other pilot started a 180 degree turn to the right while pulling off the taxiway. I realized I had to continue taxiing slowly. At this point, I began to focus my attention off my left wing while passing by other aircraft who had not completed his 180 degree turn around. Just as I passed this aircraft safely, my right wing tip tapped the spinner of a parked and unattended aircraft off my right wing. I contacted legal department and owner of parked plane immediately. Also requested individual in operations at airport to place note on airplane as inoperable. Damages: my plane scraped wing tip. Other plane dented spinner. In future, this pilot will focus his attention equally on both wing tips while taxiing.
