Narrative:
We parked on gate on company ramp and were there approximately 10-15 mins. All passengers were deplaned except for about 12 through passengers. At least 2 flight attendants were on board. A large tanker (semi-type) fuel truck came from behind and struck the right wing tip, sheering it almost completely off. There were no injuries. The FAA arrived (2 inspectors) and questioned us and took names, etc. I do not trust the FAA! I am filing this report to protect myself.
