Narrative:
ATC called 'VFR traffic 12 O'clock 1 1/2 mi indicating 6700 ft.' we (the crew) looked and saw a beige color small aircraft that went directly under us. We told bwi we had it in sight and described it. Happily, the other pilot was at the correct VFR altitude, or at least within 200 ft, and had mode C. Perhaps he/she saw us, as we had all our lights on.
