Narrative:

My logbook records were recently audited by the FAA. Far part 61.129 (1) (III) states that for a commercial pilot certificate an applicant needs 5 hours of night flying including at least 10 takeoffs and lndgs (PIC). These requirements were left blank on my far 8710 form (commercial pilot certificate). I was still issued the certificate. But after reviewing my records I do not have all of these requirements. This was an inadvertent mistake by myself and my instructor at the time. I will correct this mistake immediately by flying the rest of the 5 hours at night including 10 takeoffs and lndgs.
