Narrative:

While attending a biplane fly-in at jennings la on 10- sat-91, various pilots did fly-bys at all altitudes over the runway and off the runway over the parking area. I followed suit and flew over the parking area very low. Landing a few moments later, I was approached by an FAA inspector who asked for my license and said I was going to be violated. I believe I was the only one approached. I learned from this that monkey see, monkey do wasn't the smartest or safest policy. I believe that a list of procedures for the attenders at the fly-in would have prevented this.
