Narrative:
During takeoff from runway 35L at dallas, tx, (dfw) we received and complied with a TCASII RA to 'climb' then 'monitor vertical rate' after takeoff at approximately 500 ft AGL to 1000 ft AGL. Tower assigned us a heading of 360 degrees to fly and we had parallel traffic departing off of runway 35R. We had visual on traffic as he departed when we did and we climbed out together for first several thousand ft of climb.

Title: ACR MLG PIC CONCERNED OVER TCASII RA DURING INITIAL CLB OUT PROC ON ARPT WITH MULTIPLE RWY OPS PARALLEL RWYS AND SAME DIRECTION TFC.
Narrative: DURING TKOF FROM RWY 35L AT DALLAS, TX, (DFW) WE RECEIVED AND COMPLIED WITH A TCASII RA TO 'CLB' THEN 'MONITOR VERT RATE' AFTER TKOF AT APPROX 500 FT AGL TO 1000 FT AGL. TWR ASSIGNED US A HDG OF 360 DEGS TO FLY AND WE HAD PARALLEL TFC DEPARTING OFF OF RWY 35R. WE HAD VISUAL ON TFC AS HE DEPARTED WHEN WE DID AND WE CLBED OUT TOGETHER FOR FIRST SEVERAL THOUSAND FT OF CLB.
