Narrative:

After gear lowered during ILS approach the right main gear (green) down and locked light did not illuminate. I executed a captain directed missed approach, returned to msp approach control for delaying vectors. The captain and so conducted communication and fom procedures, attained 3 green lights on the gear and the aircraft was returned to the inbound flow and landing executed. No emergency was declared, no assistance was required. In my opinion the situation was handled expertly and all decisions were correct by crew.
