Narrative:
I was making a landing at university, when main wheels were on the runway, the nose wheel came down locked up. The plane made a right 90 percent turn and the front strut bent back. The propeller hit the runway. Plane rolled about 20-30 ft! I turned off ignitions switch, fuel valve, master switch and jumped out of plane by left door. After I was sure no fire, I rechked again. Made sure all electrical switches were off. I immediately notify FSS and the owner.
