Narrative:
ZBW frequency 133.25 was received by continuous loud static between syr and uca on V-2 at 15000 ft. Other aircraft reported the same. The controller said no other frequency was available and that the problem has persisted for several months now but no one wants to do anything about it. The static is very annoying, distracting, stressful and ultimately degrades safety. Recommend, perhaps changing frequency?
