Narrative:
Acting as the PIC of a part 135 lifeguard flight, originating at hayward, ca, (hwd) -- destination, sacramento, with a stopover at moffett NAS, the purpose was to transport an organ transplant team. We landed at mcclellan air force base. While standing by, I was contacted by system operations control (soc) and was informed that my copilot's license had been revoked and that the 135 release had been rescinded. I immediately contacted my base and arranged for a replacement pilot to be sent to me. I concluded the flight with the replacement pilot without incident.
