Narrative:
This was the first rotation for the copilot after being off 6 months to serve in operation desert storm. Flying skills were fine, however, operationally he was slightly behind (and rightfully so). Busted altitude by 350 ft in climb to 310 and passed underneath an airliner at 330.

Title: FO FLYING AFTER 6 MOS ABSENCE FROM AIRLINE OVERSHOT FL310.
Narrative: THIS WAS THE FIRST ROTATION FOR THE COPLT AFTER BEING OFF 6 MONTHS TO SERVE IN OP DESERT STORM. FLYING SKILLS WERE FINE, HOWEVER, OPERATIONALLY HE WAS SLIGHTLY BEHIND (AND RIGHTFULLY SO). BUSTED ALT BY 350 FT IN CLB TO 310 AND PASSED UNDERNEATH AN AIRLINER AT 330.
