Narrative:
The forward cargo fire light came on momentarily several times. We fired an extinguisher bottle and we had several erratic fire lights after firing the bottle. We decided that the indications were probably erroneous. We asked for and received expedited routing to dtw and had fire equipment standing by at the airport. Nothing unusual was found and we proceeded to the gate.
