Narrative:
A military MTR X was cleared for takeoff on runway 14 at nassau international airport. As the MTR X was accelerating to rotate speed, crew noted an small transport Y commuter type aircraft crossing the runway about 2000-3000 ft ahead. The takeoff was continued with no problems. MTR X crew advised tower of the problem. Tower personnel responded it was ground control's fault. No other reports regarding the situation were made to any agency.

Title: MTR SAW SMT CROSS HIS RWY DURING TKOF ROLL, LCL CTLR SAYS GND CTLR ERROR.
Narrative: A MIL MTR X WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 14 AT NASSAU INTL ARPT. AS THE MTR X WAS ACCELERATING TO ROTATE SPD, CREW NOTED AN SMT Y COMMUTER TYPE ACFT XING THE RWY ABOUT 2000-3000 FT AHEAD. THE TKOF WAS CONTINUED WITH NO PROBLEMS. MTR X CREW ADVISED TWR OF THE PROBLEM. TWR PERSONNEL RESPONDED IT WAS GND CTL'S FAULT. NO OTHER RPTS REGARDING THE SITUATION WERE MADE TO ANY AGENCY.
