Narrative:
I was practicing aerobatics in an small aircraft biplane south of carefree airport (3 NM south) from 4000 ft MSL to 5600 ft MSL. Elevation in that area is roughly 2000 ft MSL. Supposedly an individual called the FAA FSDO at scottsdale saying I overflew their house going north of an aerobatics box boundary. There was no claim of low flying that I am aware of. After I landed at scottsdale and returned to FBO office to be greeted by a mr FSDO who idented himself and asked me about my altitudes and where I flew. As far as I know, I did not go north of this aerobatics border nor was I operating excessively low minimums 4000 ft MSL during all maneuvers which would have me 2000 ft AGL well above legal minimums. I would like to add possibly a personal comment: how can an individual claim airspace above his house and within 10 NM as a 'no fly' area. I am not allowed to go below 1000 ft AGL within 2000 ft of any obstacle in a congested area this is the regulation, nor am I allowed to do aerobatics over a congested area. During my maneuvers on this day doing hammerheads and spins I never looked down at nothing but desert. I don't know if filing this report will promote safety or help me in any further action with the FAA.
