Narrative:
Sent out to search for person overboard in mississippi river, previous day search no results, this day was pressured by sheriff and family to go look again, WX was marginal, scattered about 300-400 AGL, layered above (next layer 5000 ft) rain, fog, etc. Area of search 30 mi southwest of mem, area of search. WX was 300-400 ft AGL, no body found, on return to helipad, climbed above scattered clouds as conditions were deteriorating fast, got caught on top, looking for hole, as aircraft not IFR equipped, found hole but realized we made better time on return trip as a result, violated TCA at 2500 ft, floor in area 1800 ft, immediately descended in hole and landed at heliport.
