Narrative:

After the right side of the aircraft was deiced, we were asked to move forward and to the right so the left side could be deiced. The right engine was started. After brake release, aircraft veered left. I attempted to steer the aircraft with tiller, but could not. Steering had malfunctioned. Aircraft veered left into terminal canopy. Damage to nose. Supplemental information from acn 198693: no steering was capable. The before taxi checklist was not completed and the captain released the brake and the plane was uncontrollable.

Title: R SIDE OF ACFT HAD BEEN DEICED. CAPT ATTEMPTED TO MOVE ACFT FORWARD WITH SINGLE R ENG RUNNING TO ACCOMMODATE L SIDE DEICING AND IN MOVING ACFT HIT OVERHEAD CANOPY WITH NOSE OF ACFT.
