Noted smokestacks left of final without obstruction lighting. Appear to penetrate far 77.25 plane on final. No red obstruction lights. One had white flood lights, but other (closer to final) did not.

Narrative: NOTED SMOKESTACKS L OF FINAL WITHOUT OBSTRUCTION LIGHTING. APPEAR TO PENETRATE FAR 77.25 PLANE ON FINAL. NO RED OBSTRUCTION LIGHTS. ONE HAD WHITE FLOOD LIGHTS, BUT OTHER (CLOSER TO FINAL) DID NOT.
