Narrative:
Climbing through 18000 ft TCASII issued 'traffic' alert at 1-2 O'clock at about 1000 ft above to 1500 moving opposite direction at 4-5 mi. Both pilots diverted attention to TCASII and climbed through assigned altitude of FL190 to 19400. Arrested climb at 19400 and descended back to FL190 without further problem.
