Narrative:

While in cruise (approximately 25-30 mins after departure), flight attendant called and advised that they had slight nausea. Further into the flight, deadheading crew and some passenger felt the same. After some troubleshooting, crew felt that possible ozone or hazardous material in pit 1, or right pack problems (mechanical problems in ord) was the cause. Crew elected to descend to 24000 ft. Memphis was approximately 50 mi away. The crew felt slight hypoxic symptoms after some time which captain advised crew to use oxygen as a precautionary measure. After landing, a second problem occurred while APU crank, torching occurred. This event excited passenger which in turn crew was advised of fire and smoke. Captain initiated an evacuate/evacuation through the front entry and aft airstair. Company at this time is investigating situation (fumes and hypoxic hazardous material).
