Narrative:
A stick shaker occurred as localizer was being intercepted for landing (approach) airspeed was not slow, flap confign was correct for realm of flight. Engine anti-ice was on, wing anti-ice was not on because I felt it wasn't called for. As stick shaker activated, wings were leveled, thrust was applied, almost immediately airspeed increased, stick shaker ceased. The approach was continued and a normal landing was made.

Title: ACR LGT STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED AS ACFT WAS TURNING TO INTERCEPT LOC.
Narrative: A STICK SHAKER OCCURRED AS LOC WAS BEING INTERCEPTED FOR LNDG (APCH) AIRSPD WAS NOT SLOW, FLAP CONFIGN WAS CORRECT FOR REALM OF FLT. ENG ANTI-ICE WAS ON, WING ANTI-ICE WAS NOT ON BECAUSE I FELT IT WASN'T CALLED FOR. AS STICK SHAKER ACTIVATED, WINGS WERE LEVELED, THRUST WAS APPLIED, ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AIRSPD INCREASED, STICK SHAKER CEASED. THE APCH WAS CONTINUED AND A NORMAL LNDG WAS MADE.
