Narrative:

We received a taxi clearance to a taxiway where we were to hold pending our IFR release to boston. The captain was taxiing the aircraft and I was working with the aircraft logbook. I had called 'heads down'. The ground controller then called us and indicated that we had taxied the wrong way on the specified taxiway. When I looked up to see what was going on, I saw that the captain had taxied past a hold line for the n-s runway and was turning around. The controller did not seem upset but since, technically, we had created a runway incursion, I file this to protect myself. I should have been paying closer attention to the PIC.
