Narrative:

I received a takeoff clearance, VFR on runway 8 from ft lauderdale executive tower. The airspace around ft lauderdale is complex, covered by an arsa and overlapping the pompano beach airport (pmp) air traffic area. After departing runway 8 and climbing through 2000 ft, I requested and received a frequency change from executive tower. I then tried to raise approach control, but was unable because of heavy traffic. As a result, I may have penetrated the ft lauderdale arsa and the pmp air traffic area without a clearance to do so. The best way to avoid this would be to obtain the appropriate squawk code from clearance delivery prior to takeoff.

Title: SMA ON DEP PROBABLY ENTERED ARSA AND SECONDARY ARPT ATA WITHOUT CONTACT.

Narrative: I RECEIVED A TKOF CLRNC, VFR ON RWY 8 FROM FT LAUDERDALE EXECUTIVE TWR. THE AIRSPACE AROUND FT LAUDERDALE IS COMPLEX, COVERED BY AN ARSA AND OVERLAPPING THE POMPANO BEACH ARPT (PMP) ATA. AFTER DEPARTING RWY 8 AND CLBING THROUGH 2000 FT, I REQUESTED AND RECEIVED A FREQ CHANGE FROM EXECUTIVE TWR. I THEN TRIED TO RAISE APCH CTL, BUT WAS UNABLE BECAUSE OF HVY TFC. AS A RESULT, I MAY HAVE PENETRATED THE FT LAUDERDALE ARSA AND THE PMP ATA WITHOUT A CLRNC TO DO SO. THE BEST WAY TO AVOID THIS WOULD BE TO OBTAIN THE APPROPRIATE SQUAWK CODE FROM CLRNC DELIVERY PRIOR TO TKOF.
