Narrative:

I was PIC of a helicopter that responded to an accident scene call due to the emergency nature on the ground I was unable to record my takeoff weight and balance prior to takeoff as required by part 135. I completed the report after landing at the hospital. As I predicted the aircraft was well within weight and balance limits for the takeoff from the scene. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Callback was made to solicit participation in EMS structured callback study. Reporter stated that interviewer would have to question company representative. Analyst stated that would not work due our policy of reporter anonymity but thanked him for his personal interest.
