Narrative:
Brakes on aircraft were frozen due to snow pick up on takeoff at jms. Soft landing on centerline at msp and the freeze up caused 3 main tires to blow out. Aircraft never left the runway, but 11L was temporarily closed until the plane could be towed.

Title: COMMUTER LTT BLEW 3 MAIN GEAR TIRES LNDG WITH FROZEN BRAKES.
Narrative: BRAKES ON ACFT WERE FROZEN DUE TO SNOW PICK UP ON TKOF AT JMS. SOFT LNDG ON CENTERLINE AT MSP AND THE FREEZE UP CAUSED 3 MAIN TIRES TO BLOW OUT. ACFT NEVER LEFT THE RWY, BUT 11L WAS TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL THE PLANE COULD BE TOWED.
