Narrative:

Air carrier X was taxiing outbound towards the outer. Air carrier Y was inbound on the outer. Air carrier Y went past where I thought he was going to turn. Air carrier X also saw this and stopped. I told air carrier X to turn left (around air carrier Y) onto runway 15R and join the outer again at þnþ. As air carrier X entered 15R I realized 33L was active. I was going to tell local to send the arrival around due to my error of taxiing on his runway, it was too late, an air carrier Z was touching down. My error due to blocking out 33L was active. I focused on the problems I had at the other end of the airport. Recommendation: stay off runways.
