TCASII climb executed by air carrier medium large transport X level at 3000 ft when he started his climb because of a departure off ads airport (small transport Y). Departure was at 2000 ft and courses were diverging.

Narrative: TCASII CLB EXECUTED BY ACR MLG X LEVEL AT 3000 FT WHEN HE STARTED HIS CLB BECAUSE OF A DEP OFF ADS ARPT (SMT Y). DEP WAS AT 2000 FT AND COURSES WERE DIVERGING.
