Narrative:
On jan/sat/92, blocked 6.2 hours (due to WX delays) scheduled block 4.0, reduced rest on 11 sat. Jan, sun, 1992-blocked 3.2 hours, result: block 9.4 hours in a 24 hour period with reduced rest. Problem cause: scheduling intentional reduced rest trips is wrong. Correct the situation: schedule trips with 10 hours rest minimum.
