Title: ACFT FUEL EQUIP PROBLEM CAUSES ENG FAILURE AFTER TKOF. RETURN AND PERFORM EMER FORCED LNDG.
Narrative: ACFT LOST ALL FUEL PRESSURE ON CLB-OUT DURING A TRAINING FLT, CAUSING THE ENG TO STOP. THE ACFT WAS LANDED SAFELY WITHOUT PWR.
