Narrative:
I was the first officer on light transport cpr jet. On our approach to msp we received ATIS 'Q' and were assigned the visual approach to runway 29L. Approach handed us over to tower and we were cleared to land on runway 29L without instructions to hold short of runway 22. On our landing roll tower asked us where we were parking. I replied GA parking. Tower said turn left at 'victor', 'victor' is prior to runway 22. I acknowledged and verified with the captain, 'left at victor.' no sign for 'victor' was visible as we passed a sign for 'delta.' as we were passing taxiway 'charlie,' tower said turn left at the next intersection. I acknowledged, and we slowed to turn left at the next intersection. Reaching the next intersection I heard an aircraft receive cancellation of his takeoff clearance. At this time I realized that the tower had cleared another aircraft to takeoff of a crossing runway (22) before we had passed its intersection with our runway (29L), or physically exited our runway.

Title: UNAUTHORIZED RWY ENTRY XING.
Narrative: I WAS THE FO ON LTT CPR JET. ON OUR APCH TO MSP WE RECEIVED ATIS 'Q' AND WERE ASSIGNED THE VISUAL APCH TO RWY 29L. APCH HANDED US OVER TO TWR AND WE WERE CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 29L WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 22. ON OUR LNDG ROLL TWR ASKED US WHERE WE WERE PARKING. I REPLIED GA PARKING. TWR SAID TURN L AT 'VICTOR', 'VICTOR' IS PRIOR TO RWY 22. I ACKNOWLEDGED AND VERIFIED WITH THE CAPT, 'L AT VICTOR.' NO SIGN FOR 'VICTOR' WAS VISIBLE AS WE PASSED A SIGN FOR 'DELTA.' AS WE WERE PASSING TAXIWAY 'CHARLIE,' TWR SAID TURN L AT THE NEXT INTXN. I ACKNOWLEDGED, AND WE SLOWED TO TURN L AT THE NEXT INTXN. REACHING THE NEXT INTXN I HEARD AN ACFT RECEIVE CANCELLATION OF HIS TKOF CLRNC. AT THIS TIME I REALIZED THAT THE TWR HAD CLRED ANOTHER ACFT TO TKOF OF A XING RWY (22) BEFORE WE HAD PASSED ITS INTXN WITH OUR RWY (29L), OR PHYSICALLY EXITED OUR RWY.
