Narrative:
Was coming in to land in open field coming in across tree tops. At edge of trees were small power lines hidden by the trees saw power lines and ripped out top of balloon and basket went under power lines. Top part of balloon dropped over power lines. To prevent from happening again stay high over trees. Before landing, balloon was descending. Power lines were covered by tree lines. For the 1 mi section line, there was 1 break and that is where balloon tracked and hit power lines.
