Narrative:
At this large (uncontrolled) field taxiing 6000-7000 ft for takeoff, cpr X saw and heard a single engine aircraft also taxiing for departure from another FBO and when he had made his takeoff cpr X began to taxi into position on the runway. As is our SOP, my copilot PNF looked to the right and called the final was clear and I made the 90 degree left turn into position on the runway (he had radioed 30 seconds earlier that we were taxiing for takeoff, but did not announce entering the runway). As I began to advance power for takeoff, the copilot made a CTAF radio call that we were 'rolling for takeoff' and small transport Y (which we had failed to see) announced on the radio '...and small transport Y is on the go.' then I saw small transport Y making a 20 AGL low pass about 100 ft offset left of runway centerline. I screwed up by not insisting that my (senior) co-captain should make a radio call entering the runway. My right seat partner should have seen the other guy! But, why did the other pilot not tell us we were on his runway and why did he do such a stupid and unsafe thing as a buzz job in anger?

Title: CPR X UNAUTHORIZED RWY ENTRY HAD NMAC WITH SMT Y ON FINAL APCH. SMT Y EVASIVE ACTION GAR.
Narrative: AT THIS LARGE (UNCTLED) FIELD TAXIING 6000-7000 FT FOR TKOF, CPR X SAW AND HEARD A SINGLE ENG ACFT ALSO TAXIING FOR DEP FROM ANOTHER FBO AND WHEN HE HAD MADE HIS TKOF CPR X BEGAN TO TAXI INTO POS ON THE RWY. AS IS OUR SOP, MY COPLT PNF LOOKED TO THE R AND CALLED THE FINAL WAS CLR AND I MADE THE 90 DEG L TURN INTO POS ON THE RWY (HE HAD RADIOED 30 SECONDS EARLIER THAT WE WERE TAXIING FOR TKOF, BUT DID NOT ANNOUNCE ENTERING THE RWY). AS I BEGAN TO ADVANCE PWR FOR TKOF, THE COPLT MADE A CTAF RADIO CALL THAT WE WERE 'ROLLING FOR TKOF' AND SMT Y (WHICH WE HAD FAILED TO SEE) ANNOUNCED ON THE RADIO '...AND SMT Y IS ON THE GO.' THEN I SAW SMT Y MAKING A 20 AGL LOW PASS ABOUT 100 FT OFFSET L OF RWY CTRLINE. I SCREWED UP BY NOT INSISTING THAT MY (SENIOR) CO-CAPT SHOULD MAKE A RADIO CALL ENTERING THE RWY. MY R SEAT PARTNER SHOULD HAVE SEEN THE OTHER GUY! BUT, WHY DID THE OTHER PLT NOT TELL US WE WERE ON HIS RWY AND WHY DID HE DO SUCH A STUPID AND UNSAFE THING AS A BUZZ JOB IN ANGER?
