Narrative:
We were on a departure from phx on a SID called eagle 1 departure. We had just switched to new service from commercial chart and was not that familiar with the index for updates. We were lifting off when the first officer discovered we could not find the departure SID, which was a recent revision. We had a clearance to 8000 ft and were unaware of the 4 mi DME 3000 ft restriction. We were in constant contact with departure control and they pointed out traffic at 4000 ft and 4 mi. There was no evasive action needed and we were later told to call abq center. Abq center explained what had happened and told us about the 3000 ft restriction, when we noticed we did not have the SID 'we had it but were unable to find it' because of the new update filing system, we immediately asked the center for our departure for vectors to avoid not complying with the SID. We have taken steps to train every pilot to insure they are familiar with the service from commercial charts and know how to file and look up new revisions. This won't happen again.

Title: AIR TAXI FLT ASSIGNED SID. CANNOT LOCATE SID. MISS XING RESTRICTION.
Narrative: WE WERE ON A DEP FROM PHX ON A SID CALLED EAGLE 1 DEP. WE HAD JUST SWITCHED TO NEW SVC FROM COMMERCIAL CHART AND WAS NOT THAT FAMILIAR WITH THE INDEX FOR UPDATES. WE WERE LIFTING OFF WHEN THE FO DISCOVERED WE COULD NOT FIND THE DEP SID, WHICH WAS A RECENT REVISION. WE HAD A CLRNC TO 8000 FT AND WERE UNAWARE OF THE 4 MI DME 3000 FT RESTRICTION. WE WERE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH DEP CTL AND THEY POINTED OUT TFC AT 4000 FT AND 4 MI. THERE WAS NO EVASIVE ACTION NEEDED AND WE WERE LATER TOLD TO CALL ABQ CTR. ABQ CTR EXPLAINED WHAT HAD HAPPENED AND TOLD US ABOUT THE 3000 FT RESTRICTION, WHEN WE NOTICED WE DID NOT HAVE THE SID 'WE HAD IT BUT WERE UNABLE TO FIND IT' BECAUSE OF THE NEW UPDATE FILING SYS, WE IMMEDIATELY ASKED THE CTR FOR OUR DEP FOR VECTORS TO AVOID NOT COMPLYING WITH THE SID. WE HAVE TAKEN STEPS TO TRAIN EVERY PLT TO INSURE THEY ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE SVC FROM COMMERCIAL CHARTS AND KNOW HOW TO FILE AND LOOK UP NEW REVISIONS. THIS WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN.
