Narrative:
We departed pns on a night flight to west palm beach and shortly after becoming airborne, the warning light for the door illuminate. The captain made an immediate decision to return to pns. Approach gave us vectors to the ILS path and we opted for a visual approach with the ILS GS as a backup. A slightly heavy landing was made on runway 17 approximately 1500 ft from approach end. Braking appeared normal. Aircraft was stopping normally until the last 20-30 ft from the end of the runway when aircraft appeared to 'skip' braking -- antiskid cycling. The aircraft rolled slowly forward until nose wheel was about 3-4 ft off the runway in the sandy overrun with the main gear on the runway. No damage to aircraft and no injuries to crew or passenger. Crash crew assisted in pushing aircraft back onto the runway. Runway 17-35 does not have a paved overrun on either end of the runway. Recommend a hard surface overrun be provided at both ends of runway 17-35.

Title: RWY EXCURSION AFTER A RETURN LAND SITUATION CREATED BY ACFT EQUIP PROBLEM.
Narrative: WE DEPARTED PNS ON A NIGHT FLT TO W PALM BEACH AND SHORTLY AFTER BECOMING AIRBORNE, THE WARNING LIGHT FOR THE DOOR ILLUMINATE. THE CAPT MADE AN IMMEDIATE DECISION TO RETURN TO PNS. APCH GAVE US VECTORS TO THE ILS PATH AND WE OPTED FOR A VISUAL APCH WITH THE ILS GS AS A BACKUP. A SLIGHTLY HVY LNDG WAS MADE ON RWY 17 APPROX 1500 FT FROM APCH END. BRAKING APPEARED NORMAL. ACFT WAS STOPPING NORMALLY UNTIL THE LAST 20-30 FT FROM THE END OF THE RWY WHEN ACFT APPEARED TO 'SKIP' BRAKING -- ANTISKID CYCLING. THE ACFT ROLLED SLOWLY FORWARD UNTIL NOSE WHEEL WAS ABOUT 3-4 FT OFF THE RWY IN THE SANDY OVERRUN WITH THE MAIN GEAR ON THE RWY. NO DAMAGE TO ACFT AND NO INJURIES TO CREW OR PAX. CRASH CREW ASSISTED IN PUSHING ACFT BACK ONTO THE RWY. RWY 17-35 DOES NOT HAVE A PAVED OVERRUN ON EITHER END OF THE RWY. RECOMMEND A HARD SURFACE OVERRUN BE PROVIDED AT BOTH ENDS OF RWY 17-35.
