Narrative:
Departing sanford airport with ATIS received clearance from tower to proceed on course sbound to point of termination (okeechobee). As is usual, I maintained contact with tower frequency expecting any deviations or course changes that would avoid conflict with other air controled regions or sectors. Having received no such following communications I contacted orlando approach control. A very rude controller advised me that I was in the orlando TCA and gave me a heading of 90 degrees to vacate the area. The controller then adroitly advised me I was in his TCA without clearance and had violated a certain far. I responded by saying I had violated no far at which time he asked me to remain on the frequency. He returned shortly thereafter asking me my name and address and telephone number over the public airways. I reluctantly gave him this information. He then directed me to telephone him from okeechobee. I called him upon landing and a young lady said she would get the controller in question on the telephone. I held for 4 mins or more and then the line went into a disconnect sound. I was unable to call back that day, but did call back the following morning. I spoke to the section chief. We discussed the matter for about 15 mins. I explained the nature of the incident and asked him if there would be any further response necessary. He said, 'no, but I wanted to explain the importance of remaining clear of the orlando TCA which is violated continuously with pilots who are transients coming to disneyland from every other state in the union.' he thanked me for calling and asked that I overlook the controller's rudeness since the controllers are under extreme pressure in this sector with transient aircraft traversing an area with numerous airports. Conclusion: I feel I violated no FARS and should have been under surveillance by the tower controller at sanford, knowing I was, 'VFR, sbound to okeechobee.' I assumed the tower controller at sanford was in communication with the orlando approach control and would vector me around or through the TCA. If I was intent on violating the TCA I would not have called mco when I had no further communication from the sanford tower. If I had not called mco I would have knowingly and deliberately violated the TCA and would not have been idented. I had flown through the TCA earlier en route inbound into sanford and been in full communication with the approach control without incident. The controller who vectored me east once I communicated with him was rude, unprofessional and intimidating and demanding my name and address in a bellicose and belligerent manner as though to prove he 'carried the STAR' I did not violate the TCA but was vectored by this same controller east and then around the area until handing me off to the patrick air force control who vectored me south to okeechobee without further incident. I have flown over 10000 hours in a period spanning 43 years without any formal complaint right violation and only report this incident to correct control within a finely bordered TCA with numerous other aircraft and training venues going on without apparent coordination of the approach control with the tower controllers of adjoining airports to monitor and control departures so no aircraft is inadvertently traversing the orlando TCA without being under appropriate control and communication.

Title: SMA PLT ACCUSED OF BEING WITHIN TCA. GIVEN VECTOR TO EXIT.
Narrative: DEPARTING SANFORD ARPT WITH ATIS RECEIVED CLRNC FROM TWR TO PROCEED ON COURSE SBOUND TO POINT OF TERMINATION (OKEECHOBEE). AS IS USUAL, I MAINTAINED CONTACT WITH TWR FREQ EXPECTING ANY DEVS OR COURSE CHANGES THAT WOULD AVOID CONFLICT WITH OTHER AIR CTLED REGIONS OR SECTORS. HAVING RECEIVED NO SUCH FOLLOWING COMS I CONTACTED ORLANDO APCH CTL. A VERY RUDE CTLR ADVISED ME THAT I WAS IN THE ORLANDO TCA AND GAVE ME A HDG OF 90 DEGS TO VACATE THE AREA. THE CTLR THEN ADROITLY ADVISED ME I WAS IN HIS TCA WITHOUT CLRNC AND HAD VIOLATED A CERTAIN FAR. I RESPONDED BY SAYING I HAD VIOLATED NO FAR AT WHICH TIME HE ASKED ME TO REMAIN ON THE FREQ. HE RETURNED SHORTLY THEREAFTER ASKING ME MY NAME AND ADDRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBER OVER THE PUBLIC AIRWAYS. I RELUCTANTLY GAVE HIM THIS INFO. HE THEN DIRECTED ME TO TELEPHONE HIM FROM OKEECHOBEE. I CALLED HIM UPON LNDG AND A YOUNG LADY SAID SHE WOULD GET THE CTLR IN QUESTION ON THE TELEPHONE. HE SAID, 'NO, BUT I WANTED TO EXPLAIN THE IMPORTANCE OF REMAINING CLR OF THE ORLANDO TCA WHICH IS VIOLATED CONTINUOUSLY WITH PLTS WHO ARE TRANSIENTS COMING TO DISNEYLAND FROM EVERY OTHER STATE IN THE UNION.' HE THANKED ME FOR CALLING AND ASKED THAT I OVERLOOK THE CTLR'S RUDENESS SINCE THE CTLRS ARE UNDER EXTREME PRESSURE IN THIS SECTOR WITH TRANSIENT ACFT TRAVERSING AN AREA WITH NUMEROUS ARPTS. CONCLUSION: I FEEL I VIOLATED NO FARS AND SHOULD HAVE BEEN UNDER SURVEILLANCE BY THE TWR CTLR AT SANFORD, KNOWING I WAS, 'VFR, SBOUND TO OKEECHOBEE.' I ASSUMED THE TWR CTLR AT SANFORD WAS IN COM WITH THE ORLANDO APCH CTL AND WOULD VECTOR ME AROUND OR THROUGH THE TCA. IF I WAS INTENT ON VIOLATING THE TCA I WOULD NOT HAVE CALLED MCO WHEN I HAD NO FURTHER COM FROM THE SANFORD TWR. IF I HAD NOT CALLED MCO I WOULD HAVE KNOWINGLY AND DELIBERATELY VIOLATED THE TCA AND WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN IDENTED. I HAD FLOWN THROUGH THE TCA EARLIER ENRTE INBOUND INTO SANFORD AND BEEN IN FULL COM WITH THE APCH CTL WITHOUT INCIDENT. THE CTLR WHO VECTORED ME E ONCE I COMMUNICATED WITH HIM WAS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INTIMIDATING AND DEMANDING MY NAME AND ADDRESS IN A BELLICOSE AND BELLIGERENT MANNER AS THOUGH TO PROVE HE 'CARRIED THE STAR' I DID NOT VIOLATE THE TCA BUT WAS VECTORED BY THIS SAME CTLR E AND THEN AROUND THE AREA UNTIL HANDING ME OFF TO THE PATRICK AIR FORCE CTL WHO VECTORED ME S TO OKEECHOBEE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. I HAVE FLOWN OVER 10000 HRS IN A PERIOD SPANNING 43 YEARS WITHOUT ANY FORMAL COMPLAINT R VIOLATION AND ONLY RPT THIS INCIDENT TO CORRECT CTL WITHIN A FINELY BORDERED TCA WITH NUMEROUS OTHER ACFT AND TRAINING VENUES GOING ON WITHOUT APPARENT COORD OF THE APCH CTL WITH THE TWR CTLRS OF ADJOINING ARPTS TO MONITOR AND CTL DEPS SO NO ACFT IS INADVERTENTLY TRAVERSING THE ORLANDO TCA WITHOUT BEING UNDER APPROPRIATE CTL AND COM.
