Narrative:
Cleared position and hold on runway 25L at lax airport. The tower frequency became unusable due to a stuck microphone, or other interference. We called ground control for instructions but found the frequency cluttered with other traffic trying to tell them the tower frequency was unusable. We finally got through and they instructed us to taxi down the runway and exit taxiway 26 and reenter the sequence. One, and possibly 2 aircraft made gars because we could not get through to ground control as described.

Title: STUCK MIKE ON TWR FREQ CAUSES TEMPORARY TURMOIL WITH TFC FLOW AT LAX.
Narrative: CLRED POS AND HOLD ON RWY 25L AT LAX ARPT. THE TWR FREQ BECAME UNUSABLE DUE TO A STUCK MIKE, OR OTHER INTERFERENCE. WE CALLED GND CTL FOR INSTRUCTIONS BUT FOUND THE FREQ CLUTTERED WITH OTHER TFC TRYING TO TELL THEM THE TWR FREQ WAS UNUSABLE. WE FINALLY GOT THROUGH AND THEY INSTRUCTED US TO TAXI DOWN THE RWY AND EXIT TAXIWAY 26 AND REENTER THE SEQUENCE. ONE, AND POSSIBLY 2 ACFT MADE GARS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT GET THROUGH TO GND CTL AS DESCRIBED.
