Narrative:
Was doing landing approach. Had to climb to clear power lines. Then started descent to small park, just north of power lines. Because of low fuel pressure and not switching tanks before landing, got caught in downdraft increasing descent rate and landed in backyard of residential house. Minimal damage to house when basket tipped, breaking window only.
