Narrative:
Student practicing touch and go's after soloing. About 20 ft vertical I saw that I had the runway made and felt good about the approach. Slight right tailwind, but didn't feel like it was a problem. I was about 15 ft from touchdown so I pulled power. About 2 seconds later, the plane 'fell' out of the sky and landed hard on left main, bounced hard to the right and then back to the left on nose and left main. The nosewheel gave way and the tail came up and over. The plane settled on its back on the side of 34. I feel like maybe adding power would have prevented a crash, but at the time, it all happened so quick and being inexperienced I was caught completely off guard.
