Narrative:
Tug driver drove gpu away from aircraft without removing power cord from aircraft. Cause of problem: not enough ground personnel to turn aircraft. People are always rushing. Company should slow down operations tempo and hire more qualified ramp workers.

Title: AN SMT HAS THE GND PWR CORD RIPPED FROM THE ACFT AS THE TUG PULLS AWAY AT HNL. ACFT IS DAMAGED SINCE THE PWR CORD WAS NOT DISCONNECTED BEFORE THE TUG DROVE AWAY.
Narrative: TUG DRIVER DROVE GPU AWAY FROM ACFT WITHOUT REMOVING PWR CORD FROM ACFT. CAUSE OF PROB: NOT ENOUGH GND PERSONNEL TO TURN ACFT. PEOPLE ARE ALWAYS RUSHING. COMPANY SHOULD SLOW DOWN OPS TEMPO AND HIRE MORE QUALIFIED RAMP WORKERS.
