Narrative:
Passing 5000 ft on CVC7 departure from rjaa, got #2 engine fire warnings (aural, bell, lights in fire handle and start lever). Executed abnormal procedures, advised ATC and declared emergency. Dumped 60000 pounds of fuel under ATC guidance and set up for a monitored approach with engine out back at rjaa. Rjaa was now closed due XA00Z curfew and WX was 200 X and 1200 meters. Abandoned first ILS approach at 3000 ft due autoflt system decoupled from runway 34 ILS. Got vectors for a second ILS approach and autoflt system captured ILS ok. Approach and landing were uneventful. We landed after curfew and had emergency equipment follow us to gate. Filed company safety report, irregularly report, and e-mailed a summary to my chief pilot. We think we did everything right, but with all these government agencies involved you never know.
