Narrative:
Cleared by ord center to hold at hallie intersection as published, left turns. Read back this clearance. Chart in use was knox 1 arrival which depicted right turns. Attempted numerous times to query center on the discrepancy but to no avail (very busy on frequency). Upon arrival at fix entered at right turn as published. Finally raised center controller and were told to make left turns. Re-entered pattern via left turns and subsequently discovered the knox 2 arrival stuck to another page. The knox 2 arrival shows clearly the published pattern to be a left one. No comment regarding our error was made by any controller.

Narrative: CLRED BY ORD CTR TO HOLD AT HALLIE INTXN AS PUBLISHED, L TURNS. READ BACK THIS CLRNC. CHART IN USE WAS KNOX 1 ARR WHICH DEPICTED R TURNS. ATTEMPTED NUMEROUS TIMES TO QUERY CTR ON THE DISCREPANCY BUT TO NO AVAIL (VERY BUSY ON FREQ). UPON ARR AT FIX ENTERED AT R TURN AS PUBLISHED. FINALLY RAISED CTR CTLR AND WERE TOLD TO MAKE L TURNS. RE-ENTERED PATTERN VIA L TURNS AND SUBSEQUENTLY DISCOVERED THE KNOX 2 ARR STUCK TO ANOTHER PAGE. THE KNOX 2 ARR SHOWS CLRLY THE PUBLISHED PATTERN TO BE A L ONE. NO COMMENT REGARDING OUR ERROR WAS MADE BY ANY CTLR.
