Narrative:
The air traffic controller (ground control) was busy and using a curt tone of voice in controling the taxiing aircraft. We made a wrong turn while taxiing. The controller replied with inappropriate remarks regarding our missed taxiway. His tone and manner added nothing to the situation. Indeed, it probably caused some delay for aircraft taxiing. Courtesy in communication is expected and required by all parties. Inappropriate and juvenile comments have no place in professional ATC.
