Narrative:
Loss of cabin pressure for unknown reason, passenger claimed oxygen masks not working. Masks were working normally. Oxygen pressure is needed to drop masks (which did happen). Cabin pressure only reached 12000 ft making need for oxygen slight from the regulator. Supplemental information from acn 204379. En route we had a slight cabin pressure loss due to unknown reasons. Passenger claimed no oxygen came out of masks. The pressure loss due to unknown reason was a slight one which only lasted about 5 mins with the cabin getting to 12000 ft for a very short time. Passenger's said they weren't getting oxygen.
