Narrative:

Passenger claimed we departed with 1 inch of snow on wings. Deice was completed at XAD8 local, takeoff was XB11 local. 13 min deice with hot glycol is well within safe parameters for operations. Supplemental information from acn 212177. Passenger said we took off den with 2 inches of snow on wings and aircraft settled down on the runway after takeoff then flew back into the air again. First, in our takeoff from den we were deiced approximately 12 min before takeoff with hot glycol and no contaminant was adhering to the wings. Second, the plane did not settle back to the runway.

FIRST, IN OUR TKOF FROM DEN WE WERE DEICED APPROX 12 MIN BEFORE TKOF WITH HOT GLYCOL AND NO CONTAMINANT WAS ADHERING TO THE WINGS. SECOND, THE PLANE DID NOT SETTLE BACK TO THE RWY.
