Narrative:
The aircraft (an light transport) was chocked with inadequate chocks (small, soft rubber), then loaded and fueled. The aircraft then rolled onto the chocks making them impossible to be removed by hand, without moving aircraft. I started up #2 engine and using 75-80 percent power taxied over the chocks. In the process, blew over a portable shack located at the edge of the ramp 30-40 ft behind the aircraft. I was marshalled into and out of the ramp by ground personnel. In my opinion, I used min power. Perhaps a better pair of chocks and also a better place to park would help.
